FGJF Launches the Graham Department of Education (GDE)

The Frankie Graham Jr. Foundation (FGJF) proudly announces the official launch of the Graham Department of Education (GDE), a groundbreaking initiative aimed at revolutionizing education for African Americans and marginalized communities worldwide.

The Graham Department of Education, established by the visionary educator, Prof. Frankie Graham Jr., GDE’s Secretary of Education, is a direct response to pressing global challenges, including the elimination of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs and the systematic rewriting of history to maintain inequities and perpetuate oppression, especially in the USA.

Drawing upon Prof. Graham’s extraordinary academic achievements—including over 60 degrees across diverse disciplines—and his lived experience overcoming systemic racism in the USA, GDE offers a transformative approach to education. The department’s mission is to empower underserved communities by addressing educational disparities, rewriting oppressive narratives, and fostering global social change through inclusive, technology-driven solutions.

“At GDE, we are committed to providing access to not only inclusive but empowering education. Through institutional support, we aim to dismantle systemic barriers and create a future where education is a tool for equality, not oppression,” Prof. Graham stated.

GDE’s Key Offerings:
  • Recognition & Supervision: Accreditation institutions seeking to boost their authority and credibility can apply for GDE recognition for rigorous evaluation processes tailored to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Educator Resources: GDE supports schools it recognizes with resources in delivering inclusive, impactful, and transformative education.
  • Scholarship & Aid: GDE provides scholarships and support to students through its Student Resources page.

The launch of GDE marks a pivotal moment for FGJF, showcasing its unwavering commitment to addressing systemic inequities through actionable, transformative solutions. As the parent organization of GDE, FGJF will continue to support initiatives that challenge oppression and create opportunities for underrepresented populations.
